My client are seeking an experienced Contact Centre Team Leader for their busy office based on the outskirts of Colchester.


  • Providing assistant in the scheduling of resource across all departmental activities in line with forecasts
  • Assisting management of the staff rota
  • Ensuring the work flow is monitored & resources re-assigned as required in order to meet changing demands
  • Maintain an accurate workload planner for the department
  • Managing, leading and motivating the team
  • Training team members
  • Conducting team meetings/briefings as directed ensuring that staff are fully appraised of company updates, team targets and current performance


  • One years experience within a supervisory role in a contact centre team
  • Experience of handling customer complaints
  • Experience of coordinating work schedules
  • Experience with live chat would be advantageous

The Person:

  • Excellent communicator
  • The ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve targets
  • Delegates responsibility effectively
  • Methodical and organised

You must be able to work on a rota basis between Monday and Sunday 7.00am-7.00pm (7.00am-3.30pm / 9.00am-6.00pm / 10.30am-7.00pm and every other weekend off)
