Contact Centre Team Leader

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a highly successful and well respected business within the automotive industry located in Thame. They are seeking an Customer Service Team Leader to join a busy and successful team within the contact centre, helping to motivate them and achieve results

The Role

As an Customer Service Team Leader, you will be in charge of the day-to-day running of the contact centre team (approx. 10 direct reports), making sure the team works together and that targets are met. This will involve ensuring KPI's are being met, along with your own high levels of customer service standards. You will work closely with the manager to ensure expectations are met and also that training is delivered properly.

The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you need to have proven managerial or supervisory experience, ideally in a contact centre environment. You also need to have great customer service skills, making sure you can properly lead the team. As this is within the automotive industry, any experience or knowledge about cars would be an advantage.

What's On Offer

This is a full -time, permanent position. The salary on offer is up to £25,000, dependent on experience. The working hours will be on a rota basis, with shifts filling in their phone line open times between 8.30am to 10pm. This will be working roughly 35 hours a week in total and therefore you must be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends when required.
