Contact Centre Team Leader

We are looking for a Contact Centre Team Leader based in our busy head office in Marsh Mills, Plymouth.

As a Team Leader you will be responsible for 8 Switchboard Operators, 7 Contact Centre Advisors and the Senior Customer Service Advisor.

Knowledge or experience in the automotive industry and CDK drive is not necessary but would be advantageous.

At Vospers the customer experience is paramount, and therefore excellent team and customer relation skills are essential.
