A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented and experienced Team Leader/ Senior Administrator to head up an inbound contact centre in Ipswich. The company provide health care services to individuals and health care professionals. You will be required to train and develop a team of no more than 10 customer service agents as well as assisting with recruitment and other HR matters.
- Monitor and evaluate success of programmes via KPI's and ensure continuous service of the provision
- Ensure safeguarding procedures are adhered to
