Contact Centre Team Coach

My fantastic client in Handforth is now recruiting for a Contact Centre Team Coach for thier warm, friendly and well-presented Contact Centre.

You will be 2nd in command to the manager, making sure that the team are happy and motivated, addressing and conducting training as and where needed.

They really need someone who understands the ins and outs of a successful contact centre so unfortunately similar experience is necessary. You will be improving adviser performance through, KPI’s, coaching and training and bringing the team together to ensure a positive working environment.

You will also be assisting the Contact Centre Manager in all aspects of management including recruitment, selection, onboarding and other management responsibilities.
