This is an exciting time to join Essex Partnership University Foundation Trust as our Contact Centre department is expanding. We are currently recruiting for one Team Lead to come and join our fantastic team.
You will be working as part of an existing Contact Centre Team, you will be responsible for providing support to the agents, and support the IT Team Lead for the Contact Centre. As the first point of contact for patients, professionals, staff and customers, it will be important that you provide a high quality service.
You will work closely with the IT Team Lead, assisting with our new services. This is a very exciting time to begin working with this service, as you will be responsible for our current Contact Centre Team and 111 Mental Health Services.
