Key duties of the sales executive / telesales executive will involve dealing with inbound and outbound calls from new and existing customers that may be looking to upgrade or purchase a mobile device or service.
Using questioning techniques, objection handling methods and negotiation skills, you will explore the customer’s needs, resolve any issues and retain the customer.
The role will be ideal for candidates with experience in Inbound Sales / Outbound Sales. Tele-Sales, Account Management, Business development, Sales Executives

Salary: £25,000 OTE per annum
Hours: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday - 11:00am to 7:00pm. Wednesday - 10:00am to 7:30pm. Friday - 10:00am to 6:00pm.
Part time hours also available (10am-2pm, 4/5pm-8pm)
