Contact Centre Operator
Rate: Up to £8.01 per hour for £9.63 Umbrella
Duration: 3 months temp to perm
IR35: Please note this role will fall inside IR35
Our client has a number of full and part time vacancies and is looking to recruit Contact Centre Operators who have a passion for providing an excellent customer focused experience for our colleagues.
They are looking to build a team of likeminded people who believe that team work is essential to provide a unified, customer focused service. Members of the team would own the collective responsibility for the overall performance of the organisation and show integrity, attention to detail and demonstrate a "can do" attitude at all times.
Any successful candidate will need the ability to respond to all support requests in a tactful, diplomatic and compassionate manner. These candidates will also have the following experience and abilities:
- A friendly and helpful telephone manner
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- The ability to work to deadlines
- Experience of working in a Call Centre environment
- A working knowledge of the Microsoft Office packages
