We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced contact centre manager to join our growing team within one of our clients, based in Luton, Capability Green. You will be required to effectively and efficiently deal with stakeholders, manage multiple compliance workloads and work to tight deadlines all while providing a best in class workforce management service to your client.

You will take a proactive role in building relationships with your stakeholders, mainly within the recruitment and talent acquisition team, discussing forecasts (weekly, monthly, half yearly) for existing hubs and plan the onboarding proactively for future hub launches.

Resilience, adaptability and analytical ability is key to ensure that forecasts and needs are translated to the team leaders, who will subsequently manage the teams targets in order to achieve fulfilment and compliance.

The contact centre manager must be comfortable with challenging client conversations, presenting management information, managing expectations and understanding the details of the operations whilst being able to escalate their position and liaise with senior stakeholders outside of the clients recruitment. A successful contact centre manager would propose continual improvement ideas for both process and team organisation to further the efficiency of the operations.
