Description

Key Responsibilities ;

  • Responsibility for up to 80fte within the contact centre environment
  • Ensure business visions are clearly communicated across the customer service function
  • Demonstrate company values through all actions carried out
  • Drive key change within a contact centre environment
  • Create clear pathways for internal progression within the customer service function
  • Create an environment where value is added during all customer interactions

Profile

The Successful Candidate ;

  • Experience within a FCA regulated organisation (essential)
  • Prior people management of 50fte (essential)
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management experience
  • Ability to problem solve in a time critical environment

Job Offer

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading financial services business in a permanent full-time capacity, working 37.5 hours across 5 days. This role offers a salary of £45,000 along with on site parking, excellent pension scheme and bonus potential
