Contact Centre Manager required for one of our key clients based in Southampton.
As Contact Centre Manager you will be responsible for leading, motivating and managing the contact centre team, ensuring that KPI's, stats and figures are being met.
- Line manage a team of 35 ensuring KPI's are being met
- Manage recruitment for the contact centre including training of new staff
- Monitor statistics between departments
- Analise and understand queries that are coming into the centre
The Ideal Candidate:
- Demonstrable Contact centre operations experience
- Strong planning, organisational and decision-making ability
- A tech savvy individual with a strong knowledge of various online systems
- Ability to lead and motivate
