Who are looking for a Contact Centre Manager.

As a Contact Centre Manager you will be responsible for 5 Team Leaders and approximately 30 call centre agents.


  • Lead, Manage and support the team
  • Training new starters
  • Quality Assurance and Coaching
  • Manage and resolve senior level complaints
  • Resource management and recruitment for contact
  • Monitor and maintain client and contact centre SLAs
  • Call Centre Agent productivity management
  • Reporting to the business

Experience/Attributes required:

  • Contact centre management experience
  • Driven and Self motivated
  • Ability to Multi-task
  • An energetic leader
  • Experience and success in leading large teams
