Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.
We are excited to be supporting our cleint in there search for an experienced Contact Centre Manager to take responsibility of a 22 FTE for a highly reactive, mainly inbound function.
As well as taking full operational responsibility for the day to day running of this centre which would include duties such as:
- KPI & SLA Management
- Customer Journey
- Staff Engagement
You will also be responsible for looking at feedback and trend analysis into customer interactions. Using this valuable data you will need to look at new ways to drive positive change within the contact centre to ensure that customers are constantly left satisfied and all contact is dealt with as efficiently possible.
To be successful you must come from a contact centre background at this level and be able to demonstrate how you have developed teams and delighted customers through your management style.
