This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Contact Centre Manager to join a market leading operation. Based in Milton Keynes, the role involves management of a multi-channel (voice, email, digital) operation, leading a team of circa 70FTE from the front. The operation has gone through a large period of change and the role holder will embed those changes and ensure that processes are in place to ensure continual development and a first rate Customer Experience.
In terms of who I'm looking for, a solid background in Contact Centre Management and managing through Team Managers is a non negotiable - essentially you will need to have either directly managed a site or a very large department . This is a Customer Services operation and candidates will need to have strong Services experience in ideally a multi-channel environment. Sector background is not important but exceptional people management skills, the ability to get the very best from your team and a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional Customer Journey are all must haves! Hands on knowledge of IEG would be beneficial. Milton Keynes.
