Your new employer are a long established and well know company based in Melton Mowbray. They are now looking for Contact Centre Manager to cover maternity leave.
Your new role
As a Contact Centre manager you will manage staffing levels and long term deployment planning, Complete forecasting and share with contact centre team. You will be the first point of contact for serious escalated issues from client managers and the internal team. You will source, Interview and recruit new contact centre employees whilst conducting appraisals and gathering data for performance reporting and share with team and client managers.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 3 years experience of managing a call centre team, Knowledge of the consumer services market and have a track record in leading high performing teams. As a Contact Centre Manager you'll be outgoing, loyal and reliable, liaising primarily with your colleagues, customers, client managers and the Managing Director. You will be flexible and willing to accept change in working processes and understand the company vision, mission and values and your role in delivering them.
