Contact Centre Campaign Manager

In this high profile role you will devise, execute, measure and monitor contact centre campaign strategies for all our member communications, from products and promotions to services and events. We will look to you to motivate and develop a high performing team and build positive relationships with colleagues across the wider business to ensure results.

Utilising effective WFM tactics to optimise opportunities and resources, you will work across the organisation to oversee campaigns in a variety of formats and ensure the right technology is in place to support their effective management. You will design clear objection handling strategies for each campaign type as well as a detailed understanding of contact and closing rates and the factors affecting these. Critically you will use this knowledge to drive up the numbers and deliver against objectives.

Your campaigning will improve member retention through educating and training. Ultimately your success will be demonstrated by improved sales performance and business growth. In addition, you will measure and evaluate success and deliver campaign reporting as well as develop insight that can be used to improve future performance.

Contact Centre Campaign Manager - Requirements

Ideally a graduate, your track record of managing contact centre campaigns will demonstrate your excellent copywriting skills, knowledge of campaign management technology and ability to manage cross-department relationships. Good at analysing date, you will be used to juggling multiple projects, being accountable for your campaigns and ensuring tracking and ROI data is interpreted for a range of stakeholders.

Critically your track record will demonstrate expertise in driving Member/Customer Experience forward and increasing the sales performance in a blended telesales environment.
