Vacancies have now arisen for confident, enthusiastic customer contact specialists who have a passion for people. This is a varied role and is a great opportunity for someone who has first class customer service skills, thrives on building relationships over the telephone and has the capacity to flourish in a competitive environment. The ability and desire to sell is essential for this role. This is a central Contact Centre that works on behalf of our group of dealerships.
- Building relationships with our customers – no cold calling
- Updating customer online records and feeding back to management team
- Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls
- Customer care follow up calls
- Adding value to the customer experience
All systems are PC based and include a full CRM system and much communication is digital – via email and Live Chat on our website, so you must be capable of communicating effectively by these methods as well as over the telephone
Both part time and full time applications will be considered. The working week is based on a rota with shifts between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am to 5pm on a Saturday.
You will be enrolled in the Vauxhall College and have access to both web based and classroom training, as well as our own in-house training programmes.
