Contact Centre Agent

A fantastic opportunity to join a busy and friendly contact centre on an extremely competitive rate of £9.00 per hour (plus holiday pay). Working in modern offices your role will be dealing with inbound enquiries.

Duties include:

  • Answering inbound calls and webchats from customers
  • 1st point of contact for queries and resolutions
  • Provide exceptional customer service

Skills and Attributes:

  • Previous contact centre experience
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Previous experience in a targeted environment meeting KPIs
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to work flexible hours on a rota
