Contact Centre Agent

We are currently looking for a number of enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are looking to work within a Contact Centre environment, dealing with both inbound and outbound calls communicating with a number of different customer types.

The National Caravan Council (NCC) is the trade body that represents the UK tourer, motorhome, holiday home and park home industries. It offers support, products and services to members and to the public.

As part of the NCC, CRiS (Central Registration and Identification Scheme) faces an exciting future to benefit the growing expectations from consumers, the industry and associated service providers, who are all reliant on the scheme.

Individuals who are interested will ideally have customer service and sales experience although this is not absolutely essential as we offer full interactive training.

This role is based in Chippenham, Wiltshire and is a 6-month fixed term contract with the possibility of a more permanent role if the business needs require.

Hours:

37.5 per week working various shifts within our Contact Centre opening hours of:

  • 08.00 - 20.00 Mon - Thursday
  • 08.00 - 18.30 Friday
  • 09.00 - 17.00 Saturday
  • 10.00 - 17.00 Sunday (and bank holidays)

Salary:

  • £19,185 OTE p/a pro rata
