Contact Centre Agent

Fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and professional team within a highly successful organisation in their busy call centre.

The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently and accurately under pressure with good communication skills and excellent customer service skills. Previous experience working in a call centre would be an advantage.

You will mainly be taking inbound calls although you may have to deal with some email enquiries and provide some support to the admin and customer service team.

This is a 12 week temporary job paying £9.00 per hour.
