CXK is currently looking for a highly motivated, target driven individual and team player to join its Contact Centre team.
This role is a key part of the delivery of our National Careers Service. Successful candidates will have strong communication skills together with a minimum of 3 months experience of contact centre and/or customer service experience. Strong IT skills, including experience of databases is also essential.
