Contact Centre Advisor - Maintenance
Seated with our main Contact Centre Team, the Energy Contact Centre Advisors will provide a professional front line service to our heat customers by working to a first call, first resolve basis. They will deal with queries relating to customer heat and hot water accounts and log all communal heating repairs. All customer contact will be recorded on the companies corporate systems, with complex queries and complaints escalated to the Energy Account Managers. The Contact Centre Advisors will ensure that customers are kept updated and responses are received by customers within the agreed timescales. They will manage customer expectations and ensure they are given the correct information and advice, and dealt with an empathetic manner.
The Contact Centre Advisors must meet agreed performance levels and contribute positively to the overall success and achievements of the Energy Team.
The successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, great attention to detail and be willing to go the extra mile. They must be customer focussed, a team player and have the ability to show initiative. They should possess a positive attitude and a can do approach to dealing with customers. We are looking for candidates who consistently demonstrate ‘silver plus’ quality for calls in the last 12 months and who are IT literate, with experience of MS Office applications.
