Job Title: Contact Centre Advisor
Location: Christchurch
Pay Rate: PAYE: £9.47

What are the duties in this role?
o Calls from customer residents, police tenants, repairs, diagnostics, rent payments, transfer calls to income recovery officers.
o Forced calls, free format.
o Booking in work, raising orders, initiative.
o Taking 40 60 calls per day - scenario based issues.
o Common sense and life skills are applicable
o After call time targets, logging in etc, more quality based

Essential criteria
o Good communication.
o Ability to build rapport
o Ability to empathise, and resilience
o Accuracy is very important
o Customer service skills
o Experience dealing with the public.
o Advantageous if they have previous in this sector.
o Wanting to find a solution to provide the best customer service
o Great pride in resolving
