As one of the team of Contact Center managers your responsibilities will involve:
Day to Day Operational running
Ensuring all service standard are met
Constant review to improve standards
Investigate and resolve complaints
Ideally you will be : Experienced in Urgent or Primary Care
Contact Center Management / Supervisory experience
Flexible and approachable
We would love it if you were degree educated
Strong IT including Excel
We are looking for a manager who likes to make a positive impact in their environment.
Please be aware that this is a shift environment, 30-50% of this role is working unsociable hours.
