Full Time Permanent Role
Starting salary between £16,500-£18257
Our client is looking for individuals with high levels of customer service and can work as part of a team dealing with calls from existing customers who are have arrears on their accounts. Due to the nature of this role, you must have good listerning skills and be able to interpret information appropriately. Your main responsibility is to help these customers get their financial well being back on track and ensure any query has been resolved. Data entry and use of IT will be key as you will be using different systems to track and gather information. You will also need to be a need to be a confident communicator and be able to work at your own initiative.

The contact center is open from 0830-2100 Monday - Thurs, 0830 - 19.00 Fri, 0900 - 1700 Sat, 1000-1500 Sundays
As a full time Contact Center Agent you will be working anywhere between the hours above, 5/7 days and averaging 35-40 Hours a week.
Our client is based in Sheffield where there is free onsite parking and public transport is reliable.
