This is an excellent opportunity to join an industry leading FMCG company based in Camberley. The company are seeking a talented Consumer Services Manager to join their team.
Your new role
You will be leading the UK Consumer Services team to provide efficient and accurate responses to consumer enquiries either by telephone, email or social media. You will be developing and leading the consumer services team strategy to ensure an excellent level of customer service is given.
- Create Consumer Services reports
- Support the Marketing Manager when required
- Provide internal training
- Update internal policies and procedures
- Manage Consumer Services Team
- Set targets to measure your teams performance
What you'll need to succeed
- Extensive experience in a similar position
- Managerial experience
- Staff training
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong leadership skills
- Conducting and creating reports
- Knowledge of CRM Systems
- Educated to degree level
