This is a part time role.
The purpose of the role is to respond to all consumer complaints and consumer enquires, whether via phone, post or email. Issue individual responses to each consumer/customer complaint/enquiry in a professional and timely fashion.
• Complaint and Enquiry Information
• Trending – weekly, monthly, annual complaints trends
• Enquiry Handling – up to date information on nutrition, ingredients suitability and availability etc.
• Complaint Handling – identify cause of complaints, inform consumer of corrective action
• Retailer Response – Responding directly to retailers and closing out complaints
Key Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent communicator (in particular on telephone)
• Ability to undertake formal report writing
• Strong understanding of computer literacy (particularly Excel)
• Proven ability to work within, and provide support to a wider team
• Tenacity to identify and solve problems raised by consumers
