Six month assignment based in Maidenhead to commence ASAP.

The role is working within the Customer Service Team and our client is looking for someone who has a strong background within a customer service role. You must be able to deal with a high volume of calls and be a great problem solver. Excellent communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to resolve client enquiries
  • Processing orders
  • Assessing and resolving customer complaints and issuing relevant vouchers/credit notes

Key Skills:

  • Background within customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Efficiency and strong time management paramount
