We are seeking a clinical leader for our multidisciplinary team. You'll be competent at assessing, diagnosing and treating psychiatric disorders
Set in acres of beautiful landscape, we offer a range of very specialised, complex mental and physical health services. Open to men and women, we support those affected by conditions associated with older age such as dementia, as well as conditions like diabetes, urological issues and epilepsy. We're also home to a progressive rehabilitation unit.
As part of a dynamic MDT, you'll join us in taking a whole person approach to the assessment and treatment of psychiatric disorders under the supervision of our Consultants. With responsibility for acute physical healthcare needs you're passionate about providing the best interventions for service users, and ensuring the safety and development of your team and the inpatients in your care. You'll be available for on-call cover when necessary.
With post-medical degree experience, and at least 18 months in a psychiatric setting, you'll need to be able to demonstrate the abilities, experience and skills needed to deal effectively and constructively with conflict in challenging situations, you have taken an active part in service improvement and in developing
your knowledge and skills in the use of psychological treatments.
