Consultant - Learning & Development - Organisational Development - London - Woodrow Mercer

Woodrow Mercer are recruiting on behalf of our key client, a global consultancy firm that specialise in communications, change, organisational development and L&D to global businesses.

Due to growth an additional Consultant is required to support the 'People & Change' team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a business psychologist or L&D professional looking to join a consultancy at entry level.

Your responsibilities will include researching, supporting on bids & proposals, design of training content, attending client meetings, general administration of events & psychometrics working directly with senior team members on all activity.

Essential criteria:

  • Proven experience in a professional services or consultancy firm's L&D/OD function
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Experience in design & development of learning/OD content
  • Flexible approach to client focused work
  • Excellent use of all MS Office packages
  • Degree educated in a relevant field i.e. - HR/Occupational Psychology
