Consultant - Learning & Development - Organisational Development - London - Woodrow Mercer

Woodrow Mercer are recruiting on behalf of our key client, a global consultancy firm that work across multiple practise areas.

Due to growth, an additional Consultant is required to support the 'People & Change' team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an L&D professional working in-house or currently at a consultancy to join a very busy team supporting high-profile organisations with their L&D/OD needs.

Your responsibilities will include supporting on bids and proposals, design and delivery of L&D programmes, attending client meetings, account and project management working directly with senior team members on all activity.

Essential criteria:

  • Proven experience in a professional services or consultancy firm's L&D/OD function
  • Articulate, bright and credible
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Experience in design, development and delivery of learning/OD content
  • Flexible approach to client focused work
  • Excellent use of all MS Office packages
  • Degree educated in a relevant field i.e. - HR/Occupational Psychology/CIPD
