Our client is a leader in the research technology space and they are seeking a Consultant for their specialist Customer Experience team. You'll be working with their end clients to provide software platforms and consultancy which enables them to better understand their customers. The agency is innovative and tech-focused, with a flat structure where you will genuinely get the opportunity to showcase your expertise.
This is an exciting role that involves a variety of responsibilities throughout the cycle of the project from data design to collection to processing and dashboard creation.
To be successful in this role, you will need 5+ years' experience in research operations in a customer engagement or customer experience role with a strong technology focus. Experience in using Askia and SPSS for scripting and processing would be an advantage, along with an understanding of Merlin. A good understanding of web technology and databases would also be a definite advantage.
