Construction (Contentious) Solicitor or Legal Executive

Who will you join?

  • A dept with established (household name) clients including private individuals, owner developers, start-ups and SMEs, local authorities, national contractors, funding institutions and large multinationals

What will you do?

  • Advise on contentious construction matters including:
  • Court litigation, adjudication, arbitration, mediation and other forms of ADR relating to disputes over payment, delays, defects & professional negligence
  • Give advice on contract management and dispute mitigation strategies
  • You will get plenty of variety advising on a wide range of construction projects, including commercial development, utilities, & renewable energy
  • What will you need?
  • To be a Contentious Construction Solicitor or Legal Executive
  • At least 4 years+ PQE
  • Construction law experience
  • Those already at associate, or senior associate level are encouraged to apply
