What will you do?
Advise on contentious construction matters including:
Court litigation, adjudication, arbitration, mediation and other forms of ADR relating to disputes over payment, delays, defects & professional negligence
Give advice on contract management and dispute mitigation strategies
You will get plenty of variety advising on a wide range of construction projects, including commercial development, utilities, & renewable energy
What will you need?
To be a Contentious Construction Solicitor or Legal Executive
At least 4 years+ PQE
Construction law experience
Those already at associate, or senior associate level are encouraged to apply
