Non-Contentious Construction Lawyer – Bristol

An exciting opportunity has arisen at a prestigious Legal 100 firm in Bristol to join a highly regarded construction and infrastructure team. This role offers the chance to work on a broad range of projects with early client engagement and significant autonomy, making it a stand-out position!

About the Team:

  • While based in the South West, you’ll handle sophisticated national and international matters

Your Role:

  • Advise on construction and infrastructure contracts
  • Work with a diverse client base, including local, national and international private and public sector
  • Provide legal support on residential and commercial developments, renewable energy projects, urban regeneration initiatives, financing deals, joint ventures, service agreements and facilities management
  • Represent household-name clients, owner-developers, SMEs, startups, major funding institutions and large multinational corporations

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience (PQE)
  • Proven expertise in non-contentious construction matters
