Joining a leading team based in Cambridge, the successful Construction Solicitor will deliver high-quality advice across contentious and non-contentious construction matters to include: conducting due diligence on a range of projects; adjudications; contractual disputes; refurbishments of educational properties; drafting and negotiating contracts and warranties; professional appointments and; development finance. Additionally, the successful Solicitor will play an active role in business development initiatives including building and maintaining long-lasting relationships to ensure the continued success of the practice.
