Construction Solicitor, 4+ PQE, - South Wales - £Circa £60,000-£80,000 DOE- This well- established firm is looking to enrich their construction team through the appointment of a tenacious and skilled non-contentious Construction Solicitor.

JOB TITLE: Construction Solicitor (Non-contentious)
PQE: 4+ years
LOCATION: South Wales
SALARY: £60K-80K DOE

THE ROLE:
Due to the expansion of the firm the successful Construction Solicitor will enter at Associate level and will be tasked with dealing with predominantly non-contentious construction matters. You will be joining a large team of experts who have high competency dealing with JCT and NEC contracts from a construction and property development perspective.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Construction Solicitor will be required to have at least 4+ years’ PQE and inhibit high calibre construction experience. It would be largely advantageous for the successful candidate to have prior in-house legal experience at major bodies and public contractors; however, this is not essential. Candidates with experience of PPP or PFI transactions will be in a particularly favourable position.
