Description

The Construction Senior Associate will be:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating all types of construction documentation.
  • Advising on construction aspects of development and funding agreements.
  • Producing construction reports for lenders.
  • Running your own transactions with a focus on timely delivery and commercial solutions.
  • Mentoring junior solicitors and contributing to business development initiatives across the firm.

Profile

The Senior Associate Construction Solicitor should be:

  • A solicitor with 10+ years PQE in both contentious and transactional construction matters.
  • Skilled in effective, communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Able to review and analyse a range of legal and transactional documents with keen attention to detail.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to identify solutions and articulate them clearly.
  • Experienced in managing teams and mentoring junior colleagues.
  • A strong business developer, with the ability to spot new opportunities for growth.
