The Construction Project Manager Role

The Construction Project Manager will play a crucial role within the team, overseeing a diverse range of projects across various sectors including housing, urban regeneration, education, commercial, care, and health. This role offers:

• Involvement in a broad portfolio of projects with varying values and complexities.
• A position within the cost consultancy, project management, and employer's agent team.
• Active management and oversight of designated projects.
• Opportunities to collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
• A vital role in nurturing the development of junior team members through mentorship and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple construction projects across various sectors.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of project goals.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, aiding their professional growth.

The Construction Project Manager

• A degree related to Construction, RICS, or Project Management.
• Demonstrable experience in varied build sectors.
• Prior experience working in a consultancy setting.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to project management.
