About the role:
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for project managing new restaurants and extending/refurbishing existing sites for KFC equity and undertaking project co-ordination services for third party franchise businesses.
The role is also responsible for organising major maintenance and ad hoc projects on the equity estate as they arise.
The successful candidate will have a relevant professional qualification in Project Management or Building Surveying i.e. HNC/HND minimum, Degree, RICS, MCIOB, BSc and at least 10 years’ experience in a similar role.
Additionally, you will have experience in a national multi-unit franchise retail environment and a proven track record of brownfield site developments and high street conversions. You will also have an understanding of HVAC systems and experience with managing repairs and maintenance would be an advantage.
A current clean driving licence is also essential, and you must be prepared to travel in the UK and Ireland & spend time away overnight during the week.
