My client a successful, specialist, niche Construction Project Management company has retained me on an exclusive basis to find for them an experienced Construction/Design Project Manager for a permanent career opportunity.

This is a a rare opportunity to have a hands on role in this exciting field.

You will be joining a small but highly experienced and respected team of individuals who have delivered special design and build projects worldwide over the last 30 years.

The principal role is to provide technical support in the form of design and costing advice to architects, main contractors or direct to clients.

The position would also include a wide range of tasks including concept design & feasibility, technical support, estimating and some project management at the kick off stage.

Applicants would ideally have a minimum of 3-5 years post graduate experience, strong construction and building experience, architectural understanding or experience and a portfolio that demonstrates their design flair, practical understanding of structural principles, and competence in using 3D design and presentation software.

We work with a wide range of structural buildings and we also anticipate a significant training period during which we will guide you through every step of the business.

This training period will include interactions with client visits, working on site with the necessary certification, and visits to suppliers/manufacturers.

This is a hybrid role, based in the Bristol office a minimum of 2 days per week, and would require some travelling across the UK as projects demand.
