Non-Contentious Construction Senior Associate Solicitor (8+ years')

Are you a seasoned Solicitor with expertise in Non-Contentious Construction Law?

Join a leading Property & Infrastructure Division and play a key role in delivering high-profile projects across the UK.

The Role

Reporting to Non-Contentious Construction Partners, you’ll work on:

  • Construction aspects of major property developments and regeneration projects, including development agreements, building contracts and professional appointments
  • Significant engineering projects in the energy sector, such as onshore wind, hydro, solar and tidal/wave initiatives
  • You’ll collaborate with a prestigious client base, including developers, contractors, public sector bodies, funders and consultants

What We’re Looking For

  • A minimum of 8 years’ PQE in Non-Contentious Construction Law
  • Strong drafting, transaction management and client advisory skills
  • A proactive approach to business development and mentoring
