I am working with a nationally recognised construction company in Cambridge who are seeking an administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The position is a varied, people orientated role with the opportunity to progress within the company.
*Provide a comprehensive administration service to all projects/offices/departments as required
*Create and maintain office systems
*Ensure the registering, issuing, scanning and filing documents
*Maintain relevant databases as required
*General office duties
* Managing client enquiries over telephone and email
*Prepare quotations for clients
The ideal candidate will be somebody meticulous, organised and personable. Previous administration experience within a construction environment would be advantageous. There are numerous staff benefits including free on site parking, cycle to work scheme and progression opportunities.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm
Administration experience required: 1-2 years
Ideal skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), SAGE
