To commission Analytical Service offers as part of customer orders incorporating the design, installation and commissioning of connected products with building management control systems.
The Primary role is setup and commissioning of analytical services based on connected products installed within the customers Building Environment on a variety of BMS systems and other Schneider Electric products. This entails mainly working on sophisticated heating, ventilating and air conditioning control, via Building Management Systems, remotely commissioning and validating diagnostics services as part of Schneider Electric digitised plans for customers. Day to day activities can include high level technical support and commissioning of HVAC and related systems integrated to a BMS system across all Schneider Electric software platforms
The objectives of this role include:
Be the single point of contact for setup and commissioning of connected services
Support regional Engineering teams in setup and commissioning of services through remote support
Working on sophisticated Building Management Systems, heating, ventilating and air conditioning control.
Creation and management of project planning with regular reporting
Remotely diagnosing problems and communicating solutions effectively.
Providing adhoc support via email or telephone
Proactive scheduled works and reporting.
Other responsibilities include:
Training and tutoring of colleagues.
Maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems, networks and infrastructure.
Speaking to customers, or representatives of customers, to discuss and carry out configuration of remote connections including remote setup of services
Attending customer meeting when required.
This role is great for a new graduate with either IT or Engineering degree. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of an ONC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Knowledge of HVAC applications.
You must be electrically competent, familiar with networks, third party interfaces and be fully computer literate.
