Conference Sales Co-Ordinator

A leading 4 Star hotel in the heart of the New Forest in Brockenhurst is seeking a Corporate & Conference Sales Co-ordinator to join their friendly sales team.

You will not only be responsible for a full sales cycle including generating your own leads, making contact with potential customers by phone, email and face to face meetings but also nurturing and building current contacts to be long-term profitable relationships.

You will be expected to hit targets and, as a result, will need to be extremely self-motivated with a desire to succeed in a challenging and competitive market. You will be working with the Sales Manager to maintain awareness of any competitive activity, marketing strategies and/or pricing strategies

In order to be considered for this position it is essential that you have experience of selling conference and / or events packages, ideally within a 4-5 star hotel environment. You will need to hit the ground running and take on a strong platform of existing clients and work with our Sales Manager to build on this.
