Conference and Banqueting Manager

My Client is looking for someone that can oversee the Conference and Banqueting departments ensuring that guests receive the highest standard of service.

Working closely with the Food and Beverage Manager in implementing new policies and procedures and to be involved with future food and beverage business planning.

Manage staff reporting in to you to ensue maximum production and motivation.

Ensure that all items are processed through the POS systems and charged accordingly to correct accounts.

Ensure that all the trained according to SOP manuals and current club Policy
