An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Concierge to provide high quality front of house reception services for our client. The role will primarily be to welcome visitors and clients personally and ensuring client satisfaction whilst delivering a high standard of hospitality and world class customer service.

The key responsibilities for the concierge are:

  • Meeting and greeting customers and visitors
  • Receive, log and action help desk calls, managing work flow and escalating to building management when required
  • Reporting maintenance issues
