Job Title:                    Concierge

Position:                    Temporary

Location:                   Multiple sites across London

Salary:                       £9.40ph + holiday pay

Working hours:         Range from 7am starts to 7pm starts, Monday to Sunday

Shifts:                        Ranging from 4 to 12 hours across Day or Night shifts

Role overview:

You will provide an efficient service to the residents and guests and follow procedures in a courteous and friendly manner

If you look out for people's best interests, and show them you care by dealing with them in a warm and friendly manner. If you are creative, resourceful and can listen, consult and take on-board people's opinions and needs, then this could be the job for you!

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide a high standard level of service to Residents and all visitors to the development

  • Ensure the development is professionally maintained

  • Keep an up-to-date record of all residents currently residing at the Development and that registration forms are issued and completed by incoming occupants

  • Ensure that access to the Development is effectively monitored and facilitated whilst on duty

  • Ensure that all deliveries are signed for and kept in the holding room until collected by the recipient and appropriate disclaimers are maintained 

  • Issue parking permits to all vehicles accessing the development. Ensure compliance with the parking regulations of the development

  • Ensure that all residents and their guests are following the regulations implemented by the Managing Agents Consort

  • Capture and record works orders as necessary to resolve defects arising during out of hours and report any security incident to the police and Development Manager as required

  • Ensure that all health and safety risks are identified, and reported to the Assistant Development Manager and Development Manager and eliminated

  • Direct contractors on site, inform maintenance and management when contractors arrive to carry out works on Consort behalf

  • To investigate any system faults and to report these faults to the Maintenance Operative and Development Manager with details of any actions taken.

  • To investigate any property faults discovered or reported and to attend and record on concierge reports and work record sheet. Inform the faults to Maintenance team  and  Development Manager
