As a Concession Manager, you will need to maximise sales and profit through promoting excellent customer service and creating a culture which puts the customer first. Ensuring high retail standards are implemented and maintained to maximize profits. You will be responsible for the development and succession of the store team.
You must always ensure high retail standards are implemented and maintained in order to maximise profits and be responsible for supporting the development of Sales Colleagues, the Supervisor/Assistant Manager.

You will have worked in a management role within the retail or fashion industry. You will have excellent management and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record in managing a team of staff. You will enjoy working in a structured environment within a successful Retailer.
You need to have an outgoing personality and be extremely confident in dealing with Customers. You will need to be able to implement Proactive solutions to meet business objectives
This is a full-time, permanent position. Exact working hours will be determined, but will involve a minimum of 30hours per week, occasionally scheduled across evenings, week-ends and public holidays as required.
