Computer Science and ICT Teacher in Tameside

Are you an enthusiastic, dynamic and inspirational teacher of Computer Science and ICT? An improving school, with excellent leadership, is looking for a confident and successful teacher to join their Computer Science Department this term.

It is a medium size, all boy's school, and is extremely welcoming and friendly, providing a happy community feel, allowing teachers to encourage all students to flourish and meet their full potential. The school places a high emphasis on every student being nurtured as an individual. It is based in Tameside and is easily accessed by car or public transport links from Manchester.

The successful candidate will be expected to deliver engaging Computer Science lessons, that challenge students, in KS4 and KS5, and also provide ICT lessons to KS3 and KS4 students. The role is to begin as soon as possible, and will initially run until the end of May, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate MUST:
*Hold Qualified Teacher Status or be a Newly Qualified Teacher
*Display high levels of passion and enthusiasm for Computer Science and teaching
*Be a team player and happy to share good practice
*Possess excellent behaviour management skills and have high expectations

The successful candidate will receive between £105 - £155 per day. You will also be fully supported by Tradewind Recruitment and the school, receiving great CPD from both parties.
