Our client has created a new and unique opportunity for a Compliance Officer to join their team to develop their recruitment platform and application processes in order to attract the best talent to the organisation.
Working alongside HR, Business Quality and the Department Heads across the company, you will be working to develop the in-house recruitment process using digital platforms.
The successful candidate will have experience in:
- Recruitment and talent attraction
- Using technology platforms
- Implementation of new systems and business processes
- Managing change
- Using communication skills to influence and create engagement
- Managing business relationships
- Developing and implementing compliance processes
This is a key position, and will offer the opportunity to bring new and innovative talent attraction processes to a large organisation. The role is 6 months initially, with room to develop and expand.
Salary is negotiable between £30,000-£40,000.
Role is full time and can offer remote working, with travel around the North West and North Wales area.
